Scott Shields Martial Arts Academy (SSMAA) was founded in 1991 by Sifu Scott Shields. Since then, SSMAA has been providing World Class Instruction at affordable prices and defining self-perfection. The academy recently made a new move from Mint Hill to Matthews in order to provide a better training environment. The space, located at 1115-B Matthews-Mint Hill Rd in Matthews, NC, has over 4000 sq ft! With an increased mat space, hanging bags, and, coming soon, a Cage!
